58th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 27 May, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Property Tax Law, Bill amending and modifying the Corporate Income Tax Law, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Mandatory Social Insurance Contributions, Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Excise Tax Law.


The Committee deemed all the submitted amendments compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, except for the amendment submitted to article 40 of the Bill amending and modifying the Property Tax Law. The Committee rejected the amendment, submitted by the Democratic Party of Serbia Parliamentary Group, because it did not comply with the Constitution.

The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
