The Committee declared the Railway Bill, Bill on Patients’ Rights, Bill on Protection of Persons with Mental Health Problems, Bill on the Publication of Laws and Other Regulations and Acts, Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Code, Bill on the Confirmation of the Strasbourg Convention on the Limitation of Liability in Inland Navigation (CLNI 2012), Bill on the Confirmation of the Maritime Transport Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of the Republic of Cyprus, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on the Employment of Family Members of the Staff of Diplomatic and Consular Representative Offices and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of the Republic of Macedonia on the Employment of Family Members of the Staff of Diplomatic and Consular Representative Offices, compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee also deemed the Proposal of the Decision on the use and participation of the members of the Serbian Armed Forces in the European Union Training Mission Mali (EUTM Mali) in 2013 and the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the dismissal and appointment of members and substitute members of the Republic Electoral Commission, compliant with the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

At the sitting, the Committee members also reviewed the Proposal of the Decision on the adoption of the Security Services Control Committee Report on the supervision implemented over the security services’ work in 2012, and deemed it compliant with the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
