53rd Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 3 April, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments submitted to the Bill on Special Measures for the Prevention of Crimes against Sexual Freedom against Minors, by the MPs and the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government. The Committee deemed all the amendments compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee also deemed all the amendments submitted to the Bill on Seizure and Confiscation of Proceeds from Crime, Bill amending the Law on Organisation and Jurisdiction of Government Authorities in Suppression of Organised Crime, Corruption and other Severe Criminal Offenses, Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Code, Bill amending and modifying the Labour Law, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities and the Bill on Conclusion and Implementation of International Treaties, compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
