52nd Sitting of the European Integration Committee

At the sitting held on 11 February the members of the European Integration Committee reviewed the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Radiation and Nuclear Security and Safety, submitted by MP Maja Gojkovic.

The Bill was presented by the Director of the Serbian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency Sladjan Velinov and Assistant Director Branko Brajic who said that the amendments concern the terminological adjustment of the Law on Radiation and Nuclear Security and Safety to the Convention on Nuclear Safety, namely the transport of dangerous goods and inspections.

The Committee members unanimously adopted the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Radiation and Nuclear Security and Safety.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Deputy Chairperson Elvira Kovacs, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dusica Stojkovic, Vesna Markovic, Dragan Sormaz, Zvonimir Djokic, Zarko Micin, Momo Colakovic, Vera Jovanovic and Biljana Pantic Pilja.
