51st Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 20 October, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government deliberated on the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of High Judicial Council member from the ranks of law faculty professors.

The Committee reviewed the resignation tendered to the post of High Judicial Council member by Prof. Dr Zoran Stojanovic and established the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of High Judicial Council member from the ranks of law faculty professors.

The Committee decided to forward the Decision Proposal to the National Assembly and request that it be discussed by urgent procedure, pursuant to Article 168, paragraph 3, of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic.
