50th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 29 May, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed and granted consent to the request of the Commission for Protection of Competition for the employment of new staff.
The Committee members then went on to review the notification of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimand issued to maintain order at the Eight Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015, and decided to fine MP Dr Aleksandar Martinovic the amount of 10% of an MP’s salary.
The Committee went on to decide to channel funds from the National Assembly Solidarity Fund into the Budget Fund for the treatment of illnesses, conditions and injuries that cannot be successfully treated in the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Zoran Babic.
