49th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 20 November, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments submitted to the bills on the agenda for the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2017.


The Committee members found all of the 501 amendments submitted to the Bill on Medical Devices to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The 12 amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Medical Documentation and Records were also found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

Three amendments were submitted to the Bill on the Confirmation of the Financial Agreement Clinical Centres/C between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank, and the Committee rejected the amendment to Article 2 of the Bill because it did not comply with the Rules of Procedure.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Vesna Markovic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Srbislav Filipovic, Bojan Torbica, Balint Pasztor, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Petar Petrovic and Milena Corilic.
