48th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 8 November, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated, in principle, on the bills proposed for the agenda for the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2017.
The Committee also found the Bill on the Confirmation of the Financial Agreement Clinical Centres/C between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Vesna Markovic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Srbislav Filipovic, Bojan Torbica, Balint Pasztor, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and Milena Corilic.
