45th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending

At the sitting held on 19 October 2021, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending interviewed the candidates for the election of two members of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures.

Committee Chairperson Dr Aleksandra Tomic said that two candidates had applied for the post of Commission member with the requirement bachelor of laws with passed bar examination, and three candidates for the post of Commission member with the requirement bachelor of laws without bar examination. She added that the Committee’s Working Group had noted that all the applications had been submitted in full and in a timely manner, after which the Committee members interviewed the candidates.

Following the interview, the Committee members formulated the Proposal of the Decision on the election of two members of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures. They unanimously proposed Jelena Stojanovic and Svetlana Razic and forwarded the proposal to the National Assembly for consideration and adoption.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairperson Dr Aleksandra Tomic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Ana Carapic, Ana Beloica, Bratimir Vasiljevic, Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic, Veroljub Arsic, Nikola Jolovic, Dr Milorad Mijatovic, Adrijana Pupovac, Zoran Bojanic, Marina Mirkovic and Dr Boban Birmancevic.
