43rd Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 9 October, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues reviewed the amendments submitted to the Bill on National Academy for Public Administration, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Civil Servants, Bill amending the Law on Information Security and the Bill on Electronic Document, Electronic Identification and Trust Services for Electronic Transactions.


The Committee found all 146 amendments submitted to the Bill on National Academy for Public Administration to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

All of the 62 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Civil Servants were found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The MPs had submitted 7 amendments to the Bill amending the Law on Information Security which the Committee members found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee members also found all of the 56 amendments submitted to the Bill on Electronic Document, Electronic Identification and Trust Services for Electronic Transactions to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Vesna Markovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Srbislav Filipovic, Bojan Torbica, Balint Pasztor, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and Milena Corilic.
