36th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 24 August 2017, the members Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Agricultural Land, submitted by the Government.
By majority vote, the Committee members found the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Agricultural Land to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was attended by Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Branislav Nedimovic.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Dragana Barisic, Srbislav Filipovic, Jasmina Obradovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Dragan Sormaz, Ivan Manojlovic,Nedjo Jovanovic, Zoran Krasic, Milena Corilic and Balint Pasztor.
