35th Sitting of the Committee on Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality
At the 35th sitting, held on 9 October, the Committee on Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality decided to organise a public hearing with the topic “Aging – seniority: from privilege to discrimination”.
The public hearing on “Aging – seniority: from privilege to discrimination” is to be held on 26 October 2015, at the Small Hall, staring at 11 am, in co-operation with the newly-elected Commissioner for Protection Equality Brankica Jankovic.
The Committee members also discussed holding a sitting outside of the Assembly headquarters, in Zrenjanin, with the topic “Domestic violence”, suggested by MP Elvira Kovacs.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Meho Omerovic.
