35th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 29 April 2021, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered, in detail, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Culture and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Prevention of Doping in Sports.

The Committee members found the five amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Culture by the Government, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

MP Goran Spasojevic had submitted an amendment to Article 11 of the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Prevention of Doping in Sports which the Committee found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nevena Veinovic, Zeljko Tomic, Olja Petrovic, Vuk Mircetic, Luka Kebara, Djuro Peric, Dubravka Kralj, Arpad Fremond, Ilija Matejic, Milenko Jovanov, Djordje Todorovic, Violeta Ocokoljic and Bratislav Jugovic.
