The Committee and the Government accepted none of the 25 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Healthcare Law. The Committee submitted an amendment of its own to Article 6 of the Bill.

The Committee members deliberated on the two amendments submitted to the Bill modifying the Law on Health Insurance and decided, just like the Government, not to accept them.

The Committee and the Government also accepted none of the 14 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill modifying the Law on Medical Documentation and Records.

The sitting was attended by State Secretary at the Ministry of Health Prof. Dr Berislav Vekic and Assistant Director of the Health Insurance and Legal Affairs Sector at the Republic Health Insurance Fund Vesna Stanisic.
