34th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 29 September 2023, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures Activity Report, for the period 1 January 2022 – 31 December 2022.
The Activity Report was presented by Commission Deputy President Svetlana Razic and following a discussion the Committee members formulated a Conclusion accepting the Report and forwarded it to the National Assembly for consideration and adoption.
The Committee members also considered the Report on 2022 Monitoring conducted by the Public Procurement Office, submitted by the Public Procurement Office, presented by Office representative Snezana Leposavic.
Following a discussion the Committee members formulated a Conclusion accepting the Report and forwarded it to the National Assembly for consideration and adoption.
The Committee went on to consider the State Aid Control Commission 2022 Activity Report, submitted by the State Aid Control Commission, presented by Commission President Vladimir Antonijevic.
Following a discussion the Committee members formulated a Conclusion accepting the Report and forwarded it to the National Assembly for consideration and adoption.
The Committee members also granted consent to the Second Amendment to the State Aid Control Commission 2023 Financial Plan, as well as to the State Aid Control Commission 2024 Financial Plan Proposal, presented by Commission President Vladimir Antonijevic.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandar Jugovic, Ma Svetlana Milijic, Vojislav Vujic, Zoran Zecevic, Zoran Stojanovic, Dr Nenad Mitrovic, Rozalia Okresz, Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Tijana Davidovac, Dragan Markovic, Ana Beloica Martac and MP Radmila Vasic who is not member of the Committee.
