34th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 26 June 2017, the members Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Ministries, submitted by MP Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
The Committee proceeded to find the amendments submitted jointly to articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 by MPs Marko Djurisic, Miroslav Aleksic, Nenad Konstantinovic, Goran Bogdanovic and Zdravko Stankovic, non-compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The rest of the amendments the Committee found, by majority vote, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Srbislav Filipovic, Vesna Markovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Aleksandra Majkic, Petar Petrovic, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Miroljub Stankovic, Gordana Comic and Balint Pasztor.
