34th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 26 May 2021, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Maja Grbic.


The Committee ascertained that the resignation of MP Maja Grbic, elected from the ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – FOR OUR CHILDREN Electoral List, falls within the situation set out in article 88, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law on Election of MPs according to which resignation is listed as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term they were elected for, thus proposing that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MP’s term of office, pursuant to Article 88, paragraphs 3 and 4 of the same Law.

The Committee went on to review and grant consent to the request submitted by the Republic of Serbia Energy Agency for recruitment of new part-time staff in the capacity of interns. The request was presented by Agency Council President Dejan Popovic.

The Committee members also considered and granted consent to the request of MP Prof. Dr Jahja Fehratovic to extend his use of the right to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade and compensation for living separately from his family.

Finally, the Committee established the list for A-I and A-II parking stickers.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Sci.med. Darko Laketic, Zeljko Tomic, Luka Kebara, Branimir Jovanovic, Adam Sukalo, Dr Nina Pavicevic, Violeta Ocokoljic, Nebojsa Bakarec, Branimir Spasic, Viktor Jevtovic and Ivana Nikolic.
