31st Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 23 December 2021, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Ombudsman’s 2020 Regular Annual Report and the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection 2020 Activity Report.
Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection Milan Marinovic presented the institution’s 2020 Activity Report, listing the most important activities, highlighting the progress achieved in both the areas covered by the Commissioner. Following a brief discussion the Committee formulated a Conclusion Proposal on the reviewed Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection 2020 Activity Report and forwarded it to the National Assembly for consideration and adoption.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vladimir Djukanovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dejan Kesar, Dr Nina Pavicevic, Milan Urosevic, Vesna Krisanov, Velibor Milojicic, Nenad Krstic, Marijan Risticevic, Sanja Jefic Brankovic, Djordje Dabic, Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic and Dragan M. Markovic.
