30th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 30 November, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues discussed the resignations tendered to the post of MP by Oliver Dulic and Snezana Malovic.
The Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly should note the termination of the term of office of MPs Oliver Dulic and Snezana Malovic.
The Committee members also discussed the request made by Gordana Radic Popovic, substitute member of the Republic Electoral Commission, for an opinion as regards performing another public function. The Committee gave a positive opinion on the request.
At the sitting, the Committee also discussed the requests made by MPs Ljubica Milosevic, Miodrag Stojkovic and Ivan Jokovic to exercise the right to compensation for living separately from their family and adopted the documents establishing the MPs’ right to the compensation in the amount 40% of the average monthly income per employee in the Republic of Serbia economy sector.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
