2nd Second session of the Constitutional Commission’s Sub-committee on Territorial Organisation held
The second session of the Sub-committee on Territorial Organisation was held at 2 p.m. on 21 May, with the following agenda:1. Agreement on the manner and methods of the Sub-committee’s work;2. Questions and suggestions.
The second session of the Sub-committee on Territorial Organisation was held at 2 p.m. on 21 May, with the following agenda:
1. Agreement on the manner and methods of the Sub-committee’s work;
2. Questions and suggestions.
It was agreed at the session that the Sub-committee should not be divided into working groups, but to decide in plenary session which proposals should be forwarded to the Constitutional Commission for adoption. The Sub-committee will ask the Council of Europe for documents pertaining to issues within its sphere in order to harmonise its proposals with European legislation.
