At the proposal of Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic the Committee decided to with drag items 13, 15 and 16 from the agenda, viz. the consideration in principle of the Bill on Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Bill on Environmental Impact Assessment and the Bill on Risk Management of Major Accidents involving Hazardous Substances.

By majority vote, the Committee members decided to complete a joint debate in principle and single debate in line with Article 76 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.
