28th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting, the Committee continued the debate on the amendments submitted to the Republic of Serbia 2013 Budget Bill.
The Committee considered the three amendments submitted in the meantime by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending and deemed them compliant with the Constitution and legal system.
The Committee also deemed the two amendments submitted by the MPs, with alterations, compliant with the Constitution and legal system. The Committee deemed the four amendments submitted to articles 3 and 7 of the Bill, non-compliant with the legal system.
The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
