28th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 31 October, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues adopted decisions on fines for reprimands issued for the breach of order at the Ninth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly in 2012 and the First and Second Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly in 2012 to MPs Oliver Dulic, Ljuban Panic and Vladimir Cvjan, amounting to 10% of an MP’s base salary.
The Committee also adopted documents establishing the right of Radoslav Sretenovic, President of the State Audit Institution Council, and Miroslav Mitrovic, member of the State Audit Institution Council, to cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade and the right to a monthly compensation for living separately from their family.
The Committee gave a positive opinion to the request made by Dr Zoran Cirovic, President of the Securities Commission, to perform another public function and adopted a Document terminating right to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade of MP Ruzica Igic.
The Committee also established the list of A-I and A-II parking stickers.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
