1. The Environmental Protection Committee will be holding semi-annual sittings to monitor the implementation of the conclusions and decisions of the inspection and invite all stakeholders including the Ministry of Interior Emergency Situation Sector to attend, so as to gain insight into all that has been accomplished;
2. The Committee demands that all the institutions be expeditions in their work and keep the Committee duly informed of it;
3. The Committee will hold a sitting to learn more about how the local self-governments have dealt with some of the problems relating to due and efficient accident responses;
4. The Committee will request that the Ministry of Energy, Development and Environmental Protection and other institutions provide information on the environmental situation and inspections conducted in PD Kolubara Mining Basin, PD Kostolac Thermal Power Plants and Mining, RTB Bor, HIP Azotara Pancevo and Pancevo Oil Refinery, which it would review at one of the upcoming sittings.
