At its sitting held on 6 June 2006, the Education Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia discussed the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Textbooks and Other Teaching Aids, proposed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee did not have a decision-making quorum.
The sitting noted that Miroslava Gusic, of the G17 Plus Deputies’ Group, had become a member of the Education Committee, replacing Vesna Obradovic who had resigned from the office of deputy.
The sitting was chaired by the chairperson of the Education Committee, Donka Banovic.
