25th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 9 November 2021, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Proposal of the Decision on the election of court presidents and the Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vladimir Djukanovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Daniel Gyivanovity, Vesna Krisanov, Toma Fila, Velibor Milojicic, Nenad Krstic, Marijan Risticevic, Nenad Baros, Djordje Dabic, Sanja Jefic Brankovic, Nebojsa Pavlovic and Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic.
