25th Sitting of the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society
At the sitting held on 17 October, the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society discussed the Report of the Project Management Unit relating to the implementation of Project “Research and Development in the Public Sector”.
By a majority of votes, the Committee did not accept the Report. They agreed to schedule a Committee sitting in two weeks to discuss the amended report on the realisation of the project and funds spent, asking that the Committee members should by then receive detailed answers to their questions and the sitting should be attended by representatives of the relevant ministry.
At the sitting, the Committee formulated the Proposal of the Decision on the election of National Education Council member from the ranks of the University of Nis, nominating Prof. Dr Dragan Denic, tenured professor of the Nis Faculty of Electronic Engineering, for National Education Council member.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Prof. Dr Miodrag Stojkovic.
