25th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 20 April, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the Bill on Biomedical Assisted Reproduction, Bill on Transfusion Medicine and the Proposal to pass an authentic interpretation of the provision of Article 82, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law on State Survey and Cadastre.


The Committee members found the Bill on Biomedical Assisted Reproduction and the Bill on Transfusion Medicine to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee also found the Proposal to pass an authentic interpretation of the provision of Article 82, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law on State Survey and Cadastre (“RS Official Gazette”, no. 72/09, 18/10, 65/13, 15/15-US and 96/15), submitted by MP Katarina Rakic, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Srbislav Filipovic, Aleksandra Majkic, Vesna Markovic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Miroljub Stankovic, Bojan Torbica, Jelena Kovacevic Zaric, Petar Petovic and Elvira Kovacs.
