The Committee members deemed the bills amending and modifying the Customs Law, on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Macedonia on Legal Assistance in Civil and Criminal Matters, on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Macedonia on Mutual Execution of Judicial Decisions in Criminal Matters, on the Confirmation of the Extradition Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Macedonia, on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Slovenia on Mutual Execution of Judicial Decisions in Criminal Matters, on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of the State of Palestine on Avoidance of Double Taxation with respect to Taxes on Income, and on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria on Mutual Stimulation and Protection of Investment, compliant with the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee members also deemed the decision proposals on the termination of office of public prosecutor at the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Uzice, on the termination of office of public prosecutor at the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Zajecar, on the Dismissal of a Member of the National Council for Higher Education, and Granting Consent to the Decision amending the Decision on the Establishment and Operation of the Support Service of the Commissioner for Protection of Equality and the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the Support Service of the Commissioner for Protection of Equality, compliant with the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
