The Committee first adopted the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of Misdemeanour Appellate Court President Zoran Pasalic due to his election to the office of Ombudsman.

The Committee then proceeded to accept the Proposal of the Decision on the election of Deputy Public Prosecutor submitted by the State Prosecutorial Council.

The sitting was attended by Sandra Kulezic and Tatjana Lagumdzija, elective members of the State Prosecutorial Council.
