21st Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 24 July, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government reviewed the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of Misdemeanour Appellate Court President, as well as the Proposal of the Decision on the election of Deputy Public Prosecutor submitted by the State Prosecutorial Council.
The Committee then proceeded to accept the Proposal of the Decision on the election of Deputy Public Prosecutor submitted by the State Prosecutorial Council.
The sitting was attended by Sandra Kulezic and Tatjana Lagumdzija, elective members of the State Prosecutorial Council.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Sreto Peric, Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Jovan Palalic, Aleksandra Majkic, Slavisa Bulatovic, Miletic Mihajlovic, Djordje Komlenski, Balint Pasztor, Dusan Pavlovic, Zarko Micin and Marko Parezanovic.
