Environmental Protection Committee Chairman Branislav Blazic said that it would be very important to organise public hearings on the draft laws because it would both expedite their preparation and boost their transparency before the Serbian Government proposes them to the National Assembly Committee. The Committee members agreed with the initiative to innovate the Committee’s operation by organising public hearings on draft laws and highlighted the importance of the Committee’s cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection.

The sitting was attended by the members of the Green Chair NGO, and it was chaired by Committee Chairman Branislav Blazic.
