18th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 26 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues discussed the amendments submitted to the Migration Management Bill and the Bill on the Assumption of Assets and Liabilities of Certain Banks for the purpose of Maintaining the Stability of the Financial System of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee deemed all the amendments submitted compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
