17th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 28 December 2020, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.

Pursuant to Article 199 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Committee reviewed the Republic Electoral Commission’s Decision and certificate of election of MP Dusan Radojevic, elected from the ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – FOR OUR CHILDREN Electoral List, ascertained the veracity of the data, and noted that conditions have been met to verify the term of office of the said MP.

The Committee members unanimously proposed that the National Assembly, having received this report, note the verification of the term of office of the newly-elected MP Dusan Radojevic.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Sanja Brankovic Jefic, Luka Kebara, Adam Sukalo, Violeta Ocokoljic, Nebojsa Bakarec, Branimir Spasic, Marijana Krajnovic, Viktor Jevtovic, Sonja Vlahovic and Ivana Nikolic.
