172nd Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 3 February, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues reviewed the amendments submitted to the Bill on International Restrictive Measures and the Bill on Sports.


To the Bill on International Restrictive Measures, the MPs had submitted 26 amendments and the Foreign Affairs Committee had submitted two. The members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues found three of the amendments submitted by the MPs not to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

Out of the 77 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill on Sports, the Committee members found six not to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was attended by Minister of Youth and Sports Vanja Udovicic and associates.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic and attended by Committee members Prof. Dr Zarko Obradovic, Svetislav Vukmirica, Zivan Djurisic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Dragan Polovina, Petar Petrovic, Dragan Todorovic and Jelisaveta Pribojac.
