165th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 28 December, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues reviewed the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Agricultural Land, Bill on Soil Protection and the Bill on Cooperatives.
The Committee members found all 92 of the amendments submitted to the Bill on Soil Protection to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee members also reviewed the three amendments submitted to the Bill on Cooperatives by the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy, and found them to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by Committee members Jasmina Obradovic, Dragan Polovina, Prof. Dr Zarko Obradovic, Tanja Tomasevic Damnjanovic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Balint Pasztor, Jelisaveta Pribojac and Zivan Djurisic.
