15th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 15 December, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Agriculture and Rural Development, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Stimulation of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Bill amending and modifying the Water Law.
The amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Stimulation of Agriculture and Rural Development were found to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee also rejected the amendment submitted to Article 3, with correction, of the Bill amending and modifying the Water Law as incomplete, while the rest were found to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Krsto Janjusevic, Bojan Torbica, Jelena Kovacevic Zaric, Petar Petrovic, Aleksandra Majkic, Vesna Markovic, Bajro Gegic and Milena Corilic.
