The Committee members also discussed the Bill amending the Law on the Constitutional Court, Bill amending the Law on Determining Public Interest and Special Procedures of Expropriation and Issuance of Building Permit for the Realisation of Project “Belgrade Waterfront”, Bill on the Confirmation of the Guarantee Agreement (EPS Restructuring Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the European Bank for Rehabilitation and Development, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Stimulation of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Bill modifying the Law on Public Media Services, all submitted by the Government.

The Committee found all the bills compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee members also discussed and accepted the Bill amending the Law on the Constitutional Court, in principle.
