The Committee members accepted, by majority vote, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Judges, submitted by MP Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, in principle, the Proposal of candidates for High Judicial Council member, submitted by the deans of law faculties in the Republic of Serbia, at a joint session, and the Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council.
