14th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 27 September, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues discussed the 15 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Higher Education.
The Committee established that all the amendments adhered to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, except for two amendments submitted by MP Marijan Risticevic to articles 5 and 7 of the Bill. The Committee deemed they do not comply with article 21 of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
