149th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 19 November, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues reviewed the amendments submitted to the bills on the agenda for the Sixth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015


To the Bill on Legalisation of Buildings, the MPs had submitted 108 amendments. The Committee found the amendment submitted to Article 10 by MP Branko Djurovic not to comply with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia. The remaining 107 amendments the Committee found to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee found all 45 of the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Survey and Cadastre compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

All 21 of the amendments submitted to the Bill on Registry of Unlimited Period Lease Tenants of Property Owned by Citizens, Legacies and Foundations were found to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

To the Bill on Mercantile Shipping, the MPs had submitted 19 amendments. The Committee found the amendment submitted to Article 19 by MP Milan Petric not to comply with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia. The Committee found the remaining 18 amendments compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee found all seven of the amendments submitted to the Bill on Working Hours of Road Transport Vehicle Crew and Tachographs compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
