12th Sitting of the Environmental Protection Committee

At a sitting held on 20 April 2023, the members of the Environmental Protection Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Waste Management in principle.

On behalf of the submitter, the Bill was presented by State Secretary at the Ministry of Environmental Protection Sara Pavkov.

By majority vote, the Committee accepted the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Waste Management in principle.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Aleksandar Jovanovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dusan Radojevic, Milimir Vujadinovic, Marko Mladenovic, Marija Jovanovic, Prof. Dr Zoran Radojicic, Radomir Lazovic, Milan Glusica, Jasmin Hadzic, Dusan Maric, Ivan Karic and Ivana Parlic and MP Radmila Vasic who is not member of the Committee.
