12th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 29 August, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues discussed the reasons for the termination of the terms of office of MPs Bratislav Gasic and Vidoje Petrovic.
The Committee ascertained that the conditions have been met to terminate the terms of office of MPsGasic and Petrovic and proposed that the National Assembly note it.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
