12th Sitting of the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee
At the sitting held on 2 October, the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee discussed two of the bills on the agenda for the First Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014.
The Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol to the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the Republic of Serbia of the one part and the European Communities and their member states of the other part, taking into consideration the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union was elaborated by Bozidarka Banovic of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection.
The Committee members accepted the Bill by a majority vote.
Sinisa Kotur of the Veterinary Directorate provided the rationale for the Bill on the Confirmation of the Veterinary Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania. He said it was a technical agreement which provides legal regulations for the cooperation between the two countries.
Following a short discussion the Committee members adopted the Bill on the Confirmation of the Veterinary Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania.
The Committee members then proceeded to adopt a Conclusion.
