116th sitting of the Legislative Committee

At its sitting held on 25 May 2006, the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia resolved to submit to the National Assembly 15 amendments to the Bill on Special Powers to Efficiently Protect Intellectual Property Rights.



At its sitting held on 25 May 2006, the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia resolved to submit to the National Assembly 15 amendments to the Bill on Special Powers to Efficiently Protect Intellectual Property Rights.

The Committee submitted two amendments to the Bill on the Market in Securities and Other Financial Instruments, and three amendments to the Bill on Restitution of Property to Churches and Religious Communities.

The Legislative Committee reviewed and emended the texts of the Code on Criminal Proceedings and the Accounting and Auditing Bill, and proposed that the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia should adopt both Bills.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Milos Aligrudic.
