10th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 18 September, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues discussed, in principle, the 32 bills included in the agenda for the Ninth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly.
The Committee unanimously established that 28 of the bills adhered to the Constitution and legal system, and that four of the Bills (Bill amending and modifying the Value Added Tax Law, Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2012 Budget Law, Bill amending and modifying the Budget System Law and the Bill Establishing Maximum Earnings in the Public Sector) adhered to the Constitution and legal system, by a majority of votes.
The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
