105th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 23 April 2019, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments submitted to the bills on the agenda of the Fourth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2019.


The Committee members found all 27 of the amendments submitted to the Bill on Conversion of Housing Loans Indexed in Swiss Francs to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee also found all six of the amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Budget System Law to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

All of the eight amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Employment of Foreigners were found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The 16 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Foreigners were also found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

Of the six amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Airport Management, the Committee members found the one submitted by MP Vjerica Radeta to the title of the Bill not to comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, while the rest were found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee members found the 29 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

Of the 23 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Cable Cars for Transport of People, the Committee members found five not to comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, while the rest were found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee found all 15 of the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Road Transport of Passengers to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee members also found all of the six amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Procedure for Registration into Real Estate and Power Lines Cadastre to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The three amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Procedure of Registration with the Business Registers Agency were found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee also found the 18 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Pledge of Movable Assets in the Pledge Register to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Vesna Markovic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Bojan Torbica, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Petar Petrovic, Milena Corilic and Aleksandar Markovic.
