105th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 28 April, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues established the Proposal of the Decision on the election of Commissioner for Protection of Equality.
The Committee members considered the CV of the nominated candidate Brankica Jankovic and ascertained that the candidate meets the requirements stipulated by law. Therefore, the Committee decided to submit to the National Assembly the Proposal of the Decision on the election of Brankica Jankovic for Commissioner for Protection of Equality.
Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, who chaired the 105th Committee sitting, was selected to be the Committee’s representative at the National Assembly sitting,
