Thirty-Seventh Sitting of the Legislative Committee

At the sitting held on 20 December, the Legislative Committee discussed the amendments submitted to the Bill on the right to free shares and financial compensation realised by the citizens in the privatisation process.



At the sitting held on 20 December, the Legislative Committee discussed the amendments submitted to the Bill on the right to free shares and financial compensation realised by the citizens in the privatisation process. Out of the 60 amendments that were discussed, the Committee deemed 58 legally feasible, while two of the amendments were not in line with the constitutional and legal system. All 54 amendments submitted to the Bill on the Budgetary System were deemed legally feasible, while out of the nine amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Income Tax Law for citizens, seven were legally feasible.

The Committee also considered 19 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Income Tax Law for companies and decided that 15 amendments were legally feasible. All the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Republic Administrative Fees (13 amendments) and the Bill modifying the Law on Public Roads (three amendments) were deemed legally feasible.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Vlatko Ratkovic.
