Thirty-Seventh Sitting of the Culture and Information Committee
At the sitting held on 12 October, in line with article 72 of the Rules of Procedure, the Culture and Information Committee reviewed the Bill on the Confirmation of the Cultural Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Bill was elaborated by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Media and Information Society Snezana Stojanovic-Plavsic who said that it provided the framework for the expansion of the two countries’ cultural cooperation.
In addition, the Committee launched an initiative to organise a public hearing on the implementation of the Law on Culture.
The sitting was chaired by Jelena Trivan, Committee Chairperson.
