Thirty-Second Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At the sitting held on 20 February the Administrative Committee considered the request of the ex-judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia, Svetozar Ciplic, to establish the right to salary compensation after the cessation of judicial function, as well as the requests of members of parliament Vukovic Milan and Petkovic Cedomir to realise the right to a monthly compensation for apartment rental and separate living.
At the sitting held on 20 February the Administrative Committee considered the request of the ex-judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia, Svetozar Ciplic, to establish the right to salary compensation after the cessation of judicial function, as well as the requests of members of parliament Vukovic Milan and Petkovic Cedomir to realise the right to a monthly compensation for apartment rental and separate living. Also, the committee considered the complaint made by Djuricic Milutin to Document 28 Number 120-4106/07 dated 14 December 2007.
On the occasion, the Committee brought a document establishing the right to salary compensation in the amount of a Constitutional Court Judge’s salary for Ciplic Svetozar whose function as Constitutional Court Judge ended on 8 December 2007. The aforementioned person will be using the right cited in item 1 of the brought document, from 9 December 2007 to 9 June 2008.
The Committee members unanimously brought a document rejecting Djuricic Milutin’s complaint as unfounded and confirmed the previous document dated 24 December 2007.
At the sitting, at the request of member of parliament Petkovic Cedomir, the Administrative Committee brought a document establishing his right to a monthly compensation of expenses for the purpose of renting an apartment in Belgrade in the amount of 35 000 dinars a month and a document, at the request of member of parliament Vukovic Milan, determining his right to compensation for living separately from his family equal to 75% of the average salary of an employee in the economic sector of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee sitting was chaired by Dragan Todorovic, the Committee Chairman.
